Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
- 1.1 The contest is open to all traders with a live account on the MT4 or MT5 trading platform with an equity of atleast $50, regardless of the broker used.
- 1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their country of residence.
2. Registration
- 2.1 Participants must register for the contest with TraderLab see link after the Terms and Conditions at the bottom of the page.
- 2.2 Registration is free and must be completed before the 2nd half of the month for each contest period.
- 2.3 Participants who join an ongoing contest must have no open trades before the 1st day of the month.
3. Contest Period
- 3.1 The contest will run on a monthly cycle, starting on the first day of each month and ending on the last day of the month.
4. Trading Rules
- 4.1 All trading activities must be conducted on a live MT4 or MT5 account.
- 4.2 Participants can trade any instruments available on their platform.
- 4.3 Automated trading (EAs) is allowed.
5. Account Requirements
- 5.1 Participants must use their live trading account for the contest.
- 5.2 Only one account per participant is allowed in the contest.
- 5.3 Accounts must be verified as live accounts by the participant’s broker.
6. Winner Selection
- 6.1 All contest participants are required to submit a Detailed Report of their Account History during the contest period for ranking purposes within 5 days after the end of the contest period.
- 6.2 Winners will be determined based on the highest percentage gain in equity at the end of the contest period.
- 6.3 In the event of a tie, the participant with the highest account balance at the end of the contest period will be declared the winner.
- 6.4 Winners must be willing to have their account status verified, either through the use of investor password or a recorded live screen sharing of their platform with all details reviewed.
- 6.5 In case the winner is unable to comply with 6.4 the next highest performer will be declared the winner subjection to the same verification procedure.
- 6.6 Winner must agree to an interview that will be shared in social media for promotional purposes
7. Prizes
- 7.1 The winner of each monthly contest cycle will receive a $1000 prize.
- 7.2 If the winner is a client of OneRoyal they will be credited the sum of $1000 or the said amount can be remitted via agreed upon payment channel.
- 7.2 Winning parties who are not a client of OneRoyal will be credited the said amount into a OneRoyal account under their name, subject to standard KYC procedure.
8. Disqualification
- 8.1 Participants found to be engaging in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to account manipulation, multiple account registrations, or any other form of cheating, will be disqualified from the contest.
- 8.2 TraderLab.Org reserves the right to disqualify any participant at its discretion.
9. Liability
- 9.1 TraderLab.Org is not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to, connection problems, server issues, or any other technical difficulties that may affect participation in the contest.
- 9.2 Participants trade at their own risk. TraderLab.Org is not responsible for any financial losses incurred during the contest.
10. General Conditions
- 10.1 By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- 10.2 TraderLab.Org reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
- 10.3 Any disputes arising from the contest will be resolved at the sole discretion of TraderLab.Org.
